Is Autism curable?
First of all we need to understand that Autism is not disease it is a condition of brain or alignment of neurons of the brain. When structure is different so definitely processing will be different. For example there are two pipe with different curves and model so automatically output from both device will be different. As of now it is manageable but it does not restrict the performance or skills. A person with autism can be much more intelligent if proper guidance, therapies, are given.

No autism is not curable and honestly that framing can be harmful.
Autism is a neurological difference not a disease. It's part of how someone's brain is wired, not something that needs to be fixed or eliminated.
For example my cousin is autistic. He struggles with loud social settings and unexpected schedule changes but he has an incredible ability to focus deeply on complex systems he's now a brilliant software architect. Curing him wouldn't make him better it would make him different and likely erase the very things that make him exceptional.
What does help is support speech therapy, occupational therapy, sensory accommodations and simply building environments where autistic people can thrive on their own terms.
The goal should never be to make someone seem less autistic. It should be to help them live a fulfilling comfortable life as they are.
Autistic people aren't broken. They just experience the world differently.
