My relative son who is 6 + years now still facing issues in speaking, does not do any eye contact, and he barely speaks, they are very embarassed to take him anywhere as he starts creating nuisances everywhere.,

Hi, First of all you need to stop feeling embarrassed, because the child has different way of learning the things. The way he understand the world is different. Now coming to your point- you need to take him to the psychologist who can diagnose the level of his disorders. Accordingly they will guide you the further treatment.
